What if I forget my XcelPrinting.com password?

Please remember that passwords are case-sensitive. You must enter your password exactly the same way, including capitalization, every time.

If you have forgotten your password, select the "Login" link at the top of any page on our site. Click the "I Forgot My Password" link on the page.

On the next page, enter the email address associated with your XcelPrinting account. Once you click the "Continue" button, we'll send you an email that will contain a new temporary password to your account.

Once logged in, please change the temporary password to a new one of your choice.

How do I change my XcelPrinting.com password?

Changing your password at XcelPrinting.com is easy. Simply click on the "Change My Password" link at the bottom of every page on our website. You will be prompted to login. You will then be automatically be redirected to the account password page.  Enter your current password, enter your new password and then re-enter your new password to confirm. Click continue and your all done.
