2. Debit cards (also called check cards, ATM cards or banking cards) with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front
We do not accept checks, money orders or credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. |
| Question: |
When am I charged for my orders? |
| Answer: |
If you pay by credit card, the money is charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed. |
| Question: |
Can I pay for my order with a check debit card ? |
| Answer: |
You may pay for your order with a debit card showing a Visa or MasterCard logo. Your bank will deduct the purchase amount from your checking account balance. Note that there are some restrictions on the use of debit cards, such as limitations on the number of daily transactions and a set daily withdrawal limit. |
| Question: |
Can I pay for someone else's order using my check debit or credit card? |
| Answer: |
Yes. Please note that the card billing address must match the address on record with the credit card company where your statements are sent. |
| Question: |
Why must my billing address match my credit card? |
| Answer: |
Both your credit card company and XcelPrinting use the billing address as part of the identification process to protect you from unauthorized purchases. If the billing address entered on the XcelPrinting billing page does not match the address where your credit card company sends your statements, the credit card company will not authorize the charge. |
| Question: |
What payment information is needed? |
| Answer: |
During the "Billing" step, you will be asked to choose a payment method. For credit cards you will need to enter your credit card type, cardholder name, credit card number, expiration date, and security code.
XcelPrinting will keep your personal information strictly confidential and use it only for placing orders through XcelPrinting. For details, read our Privacy Policy. |
