How do I order products? |

You can order printing products by following our ordering process:
1. Products & Pricing: Select the product you wish to purchase along with appropriate product options "Customize Your Product" tool (located on the right side of every product page). The price will automatically adjust whenever you select different options, such as quantity, color, or size, in the "Customize Your Product" tool. Once you have determined what options you want to buy, click on the "Add To Cart" button (located at the bottom of the "Instant Quote" tool).
2. Shipping & Delivery: After choosing your product, you will be taken to the “Shopping Cart”, there you will click the "Check Out" button (you will be asked to login in, if you dont have an account yet, you will need to create one at this time) and proceed to the next page where you will be asked to select your shipping method (cost will be calculated and displayed). Click the “Continue” button.
You may change your delivery options right on the screen, as well as change your delivery location from the tool at the top of the page.
3. Payment Information: On the "Payment Information" page, you will need to enter your credit card details in the appropriate form fields.
4. Confirm Your Order: Click the "Continue" Button" Then be sure to review your order details to ensure everything is correct. Click on the "Confirm" button, and you will be taken to the checkout success page. If you have requested graphic design by us, here you will have the option to continue to the Design Survey page to submit your details.
Turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been attached and approved. |

Do I need to log in to my account during the ordering process? |

Yes! you will need to be logged in in order to place an order.
If you already have an account:
If you have purchased from XcelPrinting before, you will need to enter your email address and password in the fields on the "My Account" page and then click the "Log in" button. If you have forgotten your password, click on the “I Forgot My Password” link.
If you don’t have an account:
New customers will need to create an account by completing the create account form.
Remember, the email address you give us is where all of your XcelPrinting communications—including order confirmations, special updates, and any email newsletters you sign up for—will be sent. Your email address will also be used when you log in to XcelPrinting.
If you cannot remember if you have an account, simply enter your email address and then click the “I Forgot My Password” link to have a new password emailed to you. |

Can I upload my files before ordering? |

No. The only options for uploading files at this time are on the product page during ordering or at the Upload Artwork page after you have already placed an order.
If you do not have a XcelPrinting account, you will need to take a moment to register. Remember, these options are only available to customers who are in the process of placing an order or have already completed the checkout process. |

Can I input my credit card information while someone else uploads my files? |

Yes. However, you will need to ensure that anyone accessing your account has the correct email address and password.
Since we value your trust very highly and work to protect the security and privacy of any personal information you provide to us, XcelPrinting will not share your personal account information with third-parties except as described in our Privacy Policy. As a result, we strongly encourage you to coordinate with others in advance if multiple people need to access your account to complete different tasks. |

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking the "View Order History" link at the bottom of any page on our website. and then clicking on the order in question. The order status will be displayed at the top of the page. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to do so.

XcelPrinting.com online ordering system is open 24 hours a day 365 days a year (24/7 365) although our print facilities are closed in observance of the following holidays:
