How do I view my order history?

Answer: In order to view your XcelPrinting order history, click on the "View Order History" link at the bottom of any page on our website. If you are not already logged in, you will be prompted to do so at this time. Once you have successfully logged in you will automatically be redirected to your order history.
Question:

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Answer: Yes. You will receive an email within 5 minutes of placing an order.

You will also receive periodic emails whenever the status of your order changes.

For example, once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.

How can I track my shipped order?

Answer:

You can track your order 2 ways:

 

1. Click on the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom of all pages, and enter the tracking number that you received from us by email.

 

2. Log In to your account, click" Show all orders" link near the top of the page, click on the track button next to your order listing.
