What is XcelPrinting's standard turnaround time? |

Turnaround time-also known as production turnaround time-varies by product, ranging from two to ten business days. You should check the turnaround time listed for the specific product that interests you. In addition, you should check our site to ensure that your turnaround time will not be impacted by an upcoming holiday.
Turnaround time for your print job begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and/or approved. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins when we receive approval for your proof.
If your job or proof is approved by 12 p.m. EST (9 a.m. PST), turnaround time begins the following business day. For example, a job for 2-4 day turnaround that you approved by 12 p.m. EST (9 a.m. PST) Monday will be shipped out to you between end of business on Wednesday and Friday. |

How is turnaround time determined? |

Turnaround time for your print job begins calculating once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded, attached and/or approved. If you ordered a proof, your turnaround begins calculating when we receive approval for your proof. Turnaround time does not begin upon placement of your order.
If your job or proof is approved by 12 p.m. EST (9 a.m. PST), turnaround time begins the following business day. For example, a job for 2-4 day turnaround that you approved by 12 p.m. EST (9 a.m. PST) Monday will be shipped out to you between end of business on Wednesday and Friday.
Please note that XcelPrinting production facilities are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.
In addition, turnaround time does not include shipping time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected. |

1. Your files haven't been submitted to XcelPrinting
2. Your files are not print-ready
3. Approval for your proof (if applicable) has not been received by XcelPrinting
We will make every effort to notify you in a timely manner to begin turnaround time for your job. For example, if we identify during preflighting stage that your files are not print-ready, we will send you an "On Hold-Need Artwork" email notification. |
