Yes. We encourage you to upload your files through our website since this is the fastest and most efficient way to get your files to us. If you need help uploading your first file, please feel free to contact us via email for uploading support.

Can I email my files to XcelPrinting?

No.  Email is not a reliable method for sending us digital files since some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block emails with large file attachments.

There are two ways to upload files to XcelPrinting from our website as long as your print-ready files are in any of the following formats: .eps, .pdf, .psd. You can upload a file during the ordering process. Alternatively, you can initiate the upload process anytime after your order has been placed by clicking on the "Upload Artwork" link at the bottom of any page on our website.

What if I can't upload my files?

XcelPrinting accepts print-ready files in any of the following formats: .eps, .pdf, .psd. If you have an artwork file in any other format, we encourage you to create a PDF file (Acrobat 4, version 1.3) that can be uploaded to XcelPrinting.

How will alternative file submission methods impact turnaround time?

It depends on the method you choose and on your timeliness in getting the files and materials to us. We cannot makeup time as your job is on hold until we receive the files.
